Unsigned Studio worked to produce a film and CGI stills to launch the project. The film articulated the diversity of uses, sustainable urban design principle and strategic importance of the project for the revitalisation of Union Court.
The new Union Court will feature:
food, café and retail services with extended hours, including a student bar, state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities, environmentally-sustainable student accommodation, health and recreational facilities, including a 25-metre pool, an events building with new cinema and theatre, a centralised student services hub, and underground parking
The revitalisation of Union Court and University Avenue will combine best elements of existing campus life and bring a new learning, cultural, physical and social experience in a village setting.
