Before joining Telesign, Christophe held senior leadership positions at the Proximus Group, serving as Managing Director of its ICT Subsidiaries across Belgium, Luxembourg, and The Netherlands, as well as Chief Operating Officer of Proximus Enterprise Business Unit. He also led numerous strategic projects at the Proximus Group level, including sovereign cloud strategy and roadmap, and strategic partnerships with hyperscalers.

Prior to Proximus, Christophe Van de Weyer spent almost 20 years at the global management consulting firm Bain & Company. During his tenure, he served as a partner for nine years and held various leadership roles within Bain’s Telecom and Tech practice.

Christophe Van de Weyer possesses a results-oriented, positive mindset, with a strong ability to get things done. He excels at articulating a clear strategy and vision, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results through effective leadership. He completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds a master’s degree in commercial engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Thomas Dhondt is the CFO overseeing Telesign’s financial functions. Before joining Telesign, Dhondt spent eight years at Proximus in the corporate and enterprise business units where he specialized in strategy, finance, and M&A. The last two years he served as Director of the corporate M&A department and was responsible for transactions within the telecom, IT, a and software industries. He also led the buyout of Telesign by Proximus. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering from Ghent University and a Specialized Master’s in Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School in Paris.

Kristi Melani is the CMO at Telesign. Prior to joining Telesign, she led the global Growth Marketing organization at Anaplan, a leader in SaaS enterprise. Kristi brings with her over 30 years of cross functional marketing experience. In addition to Anaplan, she was Vice President of Marketing at Poly leading a global marketing team across demand generation, messaging, campaign creation, events, ecommerce, web, and digital transformation. Melani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from San Jose State University.

Cynthia Ng leads the Legal and Privacy teams at Telesign. Cynthia has more than 20 years’ experience in legal practice in IT and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. Prior to Telesign, Cynthia was VP at CA Technologies working first in their Sydney office, then moving to Beijing, and finally relocated to New York to work at their HQ. She has a dual degree in Science and Law from the Australian National University and a Master of Laws from the University of Southern California. She is called to the Bar in California, Australia, and Malaysia.‍

Nenad Vucinic is the GM of the Belgrade, Serbia team at Telesign. From 2012-2017, he grew the Serbian office to more than 160 employees in support of Telesign’s global operations. His background includes leadership roles in both enterprise and startup environments in IT, Telecommunications, and Consumer Goods. He holds a Bachelor of Laws in International Law from the University of Belgrade.

Mark Hydar is the CTO at Telesign. He brings more than 15 years of experience serving in various executive technology leadership roles. Mark has overseen large-scale production, product, and engineering teams at companies like Microsoft, Yahoo, Ericsson, Oracle, eBay, and PayPal. Prior to Telesign, he served as Senior Vice President Platform Engineering at DataRobot, a machine learning and artificial intelligence provider. Previously, he was Vice President Engineering Backend at Box, a leading cloud-based content management and file sharing platform. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Security Administration from Ferris State University.

Geoffrey Friederich is the Chief People Officer, focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience at Telesign. Prior to joining Telesign, he served as the Division Chief Human Resources Officer at Ingram Micro, where he worked for more than a decade, overseeing 15,000 employees across 22 countries. Geoffrey brings over 25 years of progressive human resources experience, having made significant contributions to companies such as CEVA Logistics, Automatic Data Processing (ADP), and Farmers Insurance. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Chapman University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from National University.
