Mirvac required a film to showcase the features and amenities of the new Switchyard Industry development opening up in NSW to potential tenants.

A short film comprised of CGI and Motion-graphics was created to highlight key attribute of the site, such as transport links, sustainability initiatives and internal and external architects of the site.
